Meet the KOZAK-2M1 – 'AZOV' model from the Heroes' Chevrons series, dedicated to the 12th Special Forces Brigade "Azov" of the National Guard of Ukraine.

This toy model is a proprietary development of KIDDISVIT and recreates a famous Ukrainian armored vehicle.

History of the brigade

The 12th Special Forces Brigade "Azov" is a military formation of the National Guard of Ukraine.

During the Russian invasion of Ukraine in 2022, Azov became the center of defense for the city of Mariupol and then heroically held the Azovstal plant.

In 2023, the brigade took part in battles in the Orekhovsky and Limansky directions.

Since August 2024, the brigade has been involved in combat operations in the Toretsk direction. The soldiers managed to halt the enemy advance and stabilize the front line in the unit's area of responsibility.

About the Kozak-2M1 vehicle

The Kozak-2M1 is a Ukrainian-made tactical armored vehicle designed for a wide range of combat missions, including assault missions.

It is the main armored vehicle of its class in the Ukrainian army.

The Kozak-2M1 is the next generation of the Kozak-2 MRAP armored vehicle.

The new modification is made in a monocoque version, which significantly improves off-road driving characteristics.
