Love Letter is a fast card game that will take you 20 minutes for an entire game. During this time, you will have to balance between using logic, analyzing behavior, and intuition to win.

A player's turn here is as simple as possible: you need to draw a card from the deck of 21 characters (one of which is set aside during setup, and one card is dealt to each player's hand), after which you play one of them from your hand. At the end of your turn, you must always have only one character remaining.

The most interesting thing in this game is, of course, the characters themselves, who will deliver that very letter to the princess. Each of them possesses a specific ability, most of which activate when the character is played. Some allow you to exchange cards with an opponent, some force you to compare your strengths, and some give you the opportunity to guess an opponent's card and eliminate them from the game.

A round lasts until the deck runs out or only one player remains at the table. In the first case, you need to compare the strength of all characters remaining in hand – whoever has the highest strength receives an influence token for that round. In case of a tie, all contenders receive a token. Depending on the number of players, a different number of influence tokens must be collected to win the game. For example, if there are six players, only 3 tokens are needed, and with two players, as many as 6.
