Welcome to Kaboom City! This is where heroes and villains—the supersings—live and fight. Each of them has a superpower they're always ready to use.
Doctor Volt and Professor K are rival inventors. The Professor desperately wants to win: to do so, he's created a special machine that will turn the inhabitants of Kaboom into villains. But something went wrong! The experiment resulted in the creation of Neon Blast – half-hero, half-villain with mystical powers…
Neon escaped into the city and began creating Kazuma Kids! He gave the children superpowers from food and turned them into heroes and villains! Now they will fight for good or evil! Who will win?
Spike Roller Cactus is a cunning and dangerous resident of Kaboom. He's assembled his team of Super Sings, created an incredible machine, and set out to cause trouble! Two mini-cars attach to the larger machine, making it nearly invincible!
