Chef Clean Grease and Carbon Remover, 500 ml

Chef Clean is designed to effectively clean alkali-resistant surfaces from stubborn grease, burnt-on food residue and other food contaminants. Its powerful formula quickly dissolves even stubborn grease, making it easier to care for kitchen surfaces, stoves, hoods, grills, ovens and other equipment.

The product contains a complex of alkaline components, organic solvents and surfactants that provide deep penetration into contaminants and their effective removal without damaging resistant coatings.

demineralized water, alkali (from 5 to 15%), EDTA-Na2 (less than 5%), OEDP (from 5 to 15%), non-ionic surfactants (less than 5%), amphoteric surfactants (less than 5%), a mixture of organic solvents (less than 5%).

Before use, test the surface for resistance to the product on an inconspicuous area. Remove thick layers of grease with a wooden or plastic scraper. Apply the product to the contaminated area and treat it mechanically with a sponge or brush whose hardness corresponds to the resistance of the surface. Leave for 1–5 minutes, not allowing the product to dry. Rinse with water and wipe dry. Repeat the procedure if necessary. To increase efficiency, rinsing with hot water or steam is recommended.

Do not use to wash surfaces made of aluminum, acrylic, wood, as well as those painted with unstable paints. Do not let the product dry on the surfaces! In case of contact with electrical components, do not apply voltage to them, rinse the product with osmotic water, rinse with ethyl alcohol, dry and only then check the serviceability.

May be corrosive to metals (H290) and cause severe skin burns and eye damage (H314). Wear protective gloves, protective clothing, and eye and face protection (P280). Wash skin thoroughly after handling (P264). If on skin or hair, remove contaminated clothing immediately and rinse with water (P303+P361+P353). If in eyes, rinse cautiously with water for several minutes, remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do (P305+P351+P338). Get medical advice/attention immediately (P310).

Keep out of reach of children (P102) in tightly closed original container at a temperature of 5 to 40 °C in an upright position, away from heat sources, open flames, direct sunlight and precipitation. The product retains its cleaning properties during long-term storage and freezing (a soluble precipitate may form). The warranty period of storage is 36 months from the date of production. Dispose of packaging and contents in accordance with national legislation (P501).
