Fissman Elegance chef's knife, blade length 15cm, handle length 13cm. The blade is made of high-alloy hardened German X50CrMoV15 steel. It possesses increased strength and is suitable for frequent use. The blade has a double-sided symmetrical sharpening along the entire length of the cutting edge, which ensures easy slicing and cutting. The thickened blade tang prevents fingers from slipping onto the blade and provides additional support during operation.
