This powerful PHP script is designed to automatically track new orders from several popular marketplaces, such as Epicentr, Prom, and Rozetka, as well as from your own OCStore/OpenCart-based website. When a new order is detected, it sends a beautifully formatted notification via Telegram, including detailed information about the customer, products, total amount, and shipping method.

In addition, each notification begins with a humorous phrase to make the process of receiving information more friendly and positive!

1. Automatic collection of new orders:

Checks for new orders from:

Your own website (OpenCart / OCStore) — via an SQL query to the database. (Tested on ocStore 3.0.3.7)

Epicentr — via the official API.

Prom — via API with the ability to filter by date.

Roze tka—via an API that supports retries in case of an error.

2. Smart notification system:

Sending notifications to Telegram in HTML format:

Where to get the settings:

Telegram:

Bot token: Create a new bot via @BotFather and get the token.

Chat ID: You can find it by sending any message to your bot and calling the getUpdates method.

OCStore / OpenCart: (tested on ocStore 3.0.3.7)

Database access must be granted by the site administrator or hosting provider.

Epicentr:

The API key is provided after registering as a merchant at merchant-api.epicentrm.

Prom:

The API key is issued in your account on Prom.

Rozetka:

You can request an API key through customer support or in the integrations section of the Rozetka seller dashboard.

How to use:

Upload all files to the server.

Configure access permissions in my_site_settings.php.
